Workshops
Workshops
Digital Photo Essentials is our most popular workshop. This 3 hour class combines the basics of digital photography and working with your photos on the computer. This class is presented in cooperation with Morfex Media. The first half of the class is devoted to understanding the operations of a digital camera and how to create better photos using some basic skills. The second half of the class will focus on organizing your photos and doing basic corrections within Photoshop Elements.

One of our two new Apple MacIntosh Workshops. As people get frustrated with Microsoft Windows with its crashes, viruses and spyware, more and more are moving to the MacIntosh platform. This 3 hour introductory class will take a look at the differences between the two platforms, and briefly examine the Apple included iLife suite of software. This is an amazing value at only $25 per person, and is great for those either new to the Mac platform or those considering buying a Mac.
Mac for Windows Users
Managing your libraries of photos on a Mac is different than on the Windows system. (Actually, it is much easier - we’ll show you how!). We’ll dive into iPhoto and use Events and Face Recognition to organize hundreds of photos into manageable groups. This is a two hour introductory class and is priced at only $20 per person! (If you own a Mac laptop you are encouraged to bring it to the class).
